Here's how the program works. 

Fill in your name and address on our Referral Cards and keep the cards handy. When you hear of someone needing residential construction services who has not yet used our company, you can give them one of the referral cards with your name on it. They in turn will present this card to one of our representatives upon completion of their service visit at which time we'll take a one-time $25 discount off any of our services with a minimum of $350 from services rendered. The discount will be given at time of final payment. They save money and you do too because when a referral card is redeemed, we'll send you a C & E's Referral Reward Certificate valued at 10% of the referred's invoice, not to exceed $100. C & E's Referral Reward Certificates never expire and there's no limit to the amount you can collect. For more details, see guidelines listed below.

Program guidelines (italics with asterisks indicate program details that were given high marks for easy participation, ease of use, less restrictions and overall better value): 

• Referral Definition: a referral is defined as a new client to whom you have personally communicated with in regard to the recommendation of using our company. Referring yourself is not considered a referral.
  
  
• Qualifications: the person you refer must be a NEW client who has not yet used our company and who resides within the Greater Houston area. The new client's work is paid in full before the C & E's Referral Reward Certificate is awarded to the referee.
  
  
• Referral Reward Cards: C & E's Referral Reward Certificates are given only upon presentation of the official C & E's Referral Card. Cards are easy to obtain through our Referral Card Form, mail, any representative, or email*. If you are not able to physically pass your card to a new client at the time of need,  just send us an official C & E's Referral Card with your name and address listed and also include the name of the NEW client*. Once we verify that they are indeed a NEW client and work & services rendered are paid in full, we'll send you a C & E's Referral Reward Certificate. The NEW client, however, will not receive an on-the-spot discount since they did not present the card at the time their service was rendered.
  
  
• C & E's Referral Reward Certificates: certificates must be presented at the time of contracting our services and may be presented collectively if you have more than one. They may not be applied to previous work as a "refund", may not be reproduced and have no cash value 14 days after the date the C & E's Referral Reward Certificate was awarded. If you would like to use your reward certificate and also have other C & E's offers, coupons, discounts, or promotions, you can choose 1 to use now (either the certificate or other C & E's offer) and save the rest for use at a later time. Rewards that are lost or stolen cannot be reissued or credited to any account. If you forget to present your Reward Certificate at the time of services, just save it for the next time you need us.     Additionally, C & E's Referral Reward Certificates may be used by you or may be passed on to someone else*. Reward certificates never expire* and there is no limit to the number you can use*!
